At St Johns Shopping Centre, we’re committed to building sustainably for a better community – our ESG Strategy focuses on reducing fossil fuel reliance, measuring social impact, and is in place to deliver our strategic goals.
OUR OBJECTIVES
Our objectives have been determined following a materiality assessment, helping us to define our short, medium, and long-term commitments for reducing emissions and having a positive impact on our community.

Develop a framework to measure and report social value and impact, engage tenants and the community on important local issues and continue to have a positive community and social impact.

Selected NSPCC as our ‘People ’ s Choice ’ Charity Partner 2024 We will work collaboratively with our Charity Partners throughout 2024 to create a positive social impact on our local community.
Leeds Bear Hunt
Leeds Bear Hunt
Formed part of Leeds Bear Hunt in 2023 in support of Leeds Hospitals Charity, and hosted three bear cubs designed by the children of Drighlington Primary School, St Margaret’ s Primary School and St Paul’ s Catholic Primary School VA.
Leeds Piano Trail

Worked with Blenheim Primary School to collaborate on the design of a piano that we will host to form part of Leeds Piano Trail in 2024.
